La F1 si muove grazie alle italiane della SEO

La sigla, SEO, di solito accompagna le fatture ad indicare salvo errori ed omissioni ma in F.1 sta per Sport Event Organisation ha sede a Londra ma sono due italiane a curare tutto l’aspetto logistico della F.1. Il presidente è Monica Colombelli Head, da anni trasferitasi a Londra da Bologna, dove aveva una agenzia di viaggio che operava anche in F.1. Proprio l’esperienza sul campo le è stata utile per gestire e organizzare gli spostamenti del personale ai vari GP. In alcuni casi, vedi Cina, dove nessuno occidentale può guidare, la SEO organizza pulmini e auto con autista per i circa 800-1000 presenti ad ogni gara. E’ un impegno notevole che sul campo viene svolto da Valentina Delfino, che cura praticamente e supera tutte le difficoltà. A parte Ferrari, McLaren e Mercedes, la SEO segue tutte le altre squadre, Pirelli compresa con la quale si è instaurato un rapporto di amicizia col personale della squadra italiana.
